Eliminated condensation on outside of bowl

Our previous toilet was creating condensation on the outside of the bowl from our very cold well water especially when the ambient humidity was high. This new toilet eliminated this problem!! Very happy

That Lowe's is a very reasonable store.

The stool is leaking and I'm planning returning it to the store.

A true bathroom break

Our online toilet shopping experience left us flush with joy! We got the color we wanted, the price we wanted, the quality we wanted -- and we got it delivered to our home in less than 24 hours! The ONLY complaint we could muster was that the "bone" color toilet was $70 more than the white version. Installation proved a relative breeze and we are enjoying our bathroom upgrade immensely.

Black toilet looks cool, but has its foibles.

Complete kit of all accessories made installation easy, although we had to replace the wax seal after one week. Not sure if it was the wax seal itself or my installation technique. Found that the water wash down the side of the bowl during flushing does not wash one small section of the bowl wall. Although the black toilet looks pretty cool it shows all fingerprints and smudges - you need to wipe the surface frequently to keep that shiny look. Chair Height 2-Piece WaterSense Toilet.

Chair height is great for people that standard low toilets don't have.

Decent Toilet, But 2 out of 3 Broke.

We redid a rental house with 3 of these Toilets. One white, and the other 2 Bone. 2 out of 3 were broken. The flat area that the tank attaches to is packed against the bottom of the box with no packing material.

Worst Toilet Ever

There must be only two water holes on this toilet, which does NOT wash anything down. You constantly have to clean the toilet after each use, so have a toilet brush handy and expect to replace them often because they will be over used. The toilet is also the heaviest toilet you will ever purchase. I would throw this toilet out in the yard if I didn’t have to pay a plumber to take it out and put in a new one! Absolutely horrible purchase!

It's great!

It's tall enough so it's not a struggle to sit down or get up. We think it will also save water. I like the color Oyster, too; it's not white but it's not beige. Just right!

Received a used toilet

The toilet delivered to me was used. I had to repack it and bring it back to the store for an exchange. The new one is perfect. The first one was obviously a return. Lowes needs better quality control on returns before putting items back in inventory.

Color is not what shown

So very disappointed! The color shown on website is much darker than reality. Reality is an off-white. Can't imagine the difference between bone (what I ordered) and the oyster. It is really an off-white. Too much trouble to return so will have to change color scheme.

Don't lose your seat.

So far the toilet flushes well and is efficient. BUT, the toilet seat broke. Not built well and dangerous.

Great product but could use an upgrade

The color match other bone items in that particular bathroom. It came w a standard seat/lid that slams and i immediately replaced it w a seat that slowly closes. At the price of this toilet I feel like they should upgrade the seat/lid.

Too tall for me

Mostly my misunderstanding of the description 'chair height'. I'm short and the height is very uncomfortable to me.
