Would Not RecommendOurs is not flat on bottom. Has come loose over and over and over. My floor is tile and flat..metal flange is good. I've spent over $200 for plumbers to come over and over to reset....but it keeps coming loose..it lasts for a month or so then have to tight one side then it won't tighten anymore so plumber has to come back. Lowes says to contact tge manufacturer for limited lifetime warranty...well that's in Shangtan china!!!!! Lowes won't help.dont but Lowes pro brand they are junk. Spend tge ex...

I bought two. One seat was broken and was missing two washers. I didn’t realize the seats were not slow close, which was my fault. By the time I bought slow close seats it cost me another $100 dollars. Other than that the toilets work fine.

Flushing Problem
Would Not RecommendNo matter how I adjust the ball and chain inside the tank, it frequently doesn't close when flushed. The bar that holds the chain attached to the flush ball appears to be too close together causing them to rub and get stuck in the open position too frequently.
