Would Not RecommendWe set up delivery and installation at the time of purchase. Waited over one week and the insallers showed up WITHOUT the toilet. They left, without a word. Now, the touket is here, sotting in pur porch and we still have not been given any updates on when ot will ne installed. This has been going on fkr two weeks. Its been a bightmare.

Plastic Nuts
Would RecommendThe hold down bolts are small and the plastic nuts do not tighten down easily. Spent 30 mins trying to tighten them. Had to hold the screws with needle nose pliers then a screwdriver.

Would Not RecommendI like the looks of this toilet. I was worried about installing a black toilet, but it is in our half bath and it really worked out well! Just a heads up about the “black” color. It is actually a very dark green. In using the flashlight for the install, we discovered that it is actually green in color. The color difference is more noticeable when the toilet seat and lid are installed. Luckily our bathroom is dark and moody, so it wasn’t worth taking it out and returning. It is not noticeable in ...
