Would Not RecommendHorrible experience this item had a broken tank notice it after I have pay a plumber for installation, I called Lowes and they told me that I had returned the whole item back, L had played $100 for the installation to take it off the guy wanted $100 more and to isntalled again it would cost$100 more so I called your product help Line their are shipping me a tank however it will take 30 days to get it so I have no toilet. For 30 days because you sold me a product that was factory defective,

Would RecommendIt is 3 inches higher then the toilet I previously had. I can up and down with no reaching for the sink or bars in the bathroom. It does flush quickly which nerves me a little bit.

Special Order Model - Damaged No Replacement Parts
Would Not RecommendAfter removing our old toilet, installing the new Danville toilet and filling it with water, we were ready to install the seat cover. Upon unpacking it we discovered the seat was actually broken. Long story short, there are no replacement parts available and the until can only be exchanged back at the store. Yuck and no thanks.
