Would RecommendIt's easy to use. I have a thermometer attached to it and its holding up well. The weight of the chlorine tabs keep the vents open so there is no way to control how much comes out. If that's not something you need, this is a great buy. Can't beat the price.

Would Not RecommendWhile this floater is only $10 its not worth that. I noticed the quality right out of the package, thin plastic. The lid is even more flimsy. The tabs on the lid broke first filling, i just sit the lid on the opening to prevent sun getting to the chlorine tabs. I threw the lid away today, 3 1/2 months after purchase because the UV from the sun caused it to crumble. Spend another 5-6 bucks and get a better unit at the pool store.
