Would RecommendI purchased this, Project Source 3/4 HP slim disposal at a local Lowe's store to replace a broken disposal. I specifically chose this model because of the size to hp ratio. Other brands/models either did not have a power cord built-in or were much bigger for the same hp and cost more. Installation was easy. I was able to use the existing mounting hardware. Mounting issues
The things I like about this unit is that it is small and quiet. It takes up less space under the sink making it easier to manipulate it in place with less clutter under the sink. With that said the retainer ring included with the unit is not a good spring material and kept stripping off the sink flange when I would tighten the screws.
