The vent cleaner was very easy to use and I can’t imagine doing the job without the shop vac adapter in the kit. The vacuum captured all the dust and lint loosened by the drill driven brush. I did have to buy the additional extension rods because my vent was farther than the included rods would reach. Make sure you always run the drill in the clockwise direction or the rods can come apart in the vent.
