I HATE WATER SAVERs

 Would Not Recommend

I removed the water saver at the screw end of the shower head, there seems to be something else deeper inside the shower head that looks like another water saver, but I cannot remove it. I HATE WATER SAVERs ... those only help when the water pressure is normal, but my low-income senior apartment this shower head is just a fast dribble.
