Got the new faucet home. Opened the box, the plastic nuts and plastic putty base were both missing from the box. I live 5 hours away from the Medford store. I called the store and corporate and both said my only recourse was to personally return it to the store for a refund. Too far to return item. I was hoping they would send me a new one. Very disappointing!
