Would RecommendEasy install in a manufactured home. Granted it's only 2 years old so I can't speak to replacement in older MHs. Took about 30 minutes including removing the original faucet. Everything working as expected.

Would Not RecommendThe sprayer does not spray hard all all, my other one would spray hard to spray food off this one does not and the spray handle on the back suck is hard to handle don’t like it.
