Would Not RecommendFirst let me say, the light DOES work but its very cheaply constructed. I paid $44.98 for a $15 quality light fixture. It was installed in my laundry room but I wouldn't install it anywhere else except in closets possibly. The quality of light that comes out of this fixture is just marginal. I'll let you decide if you want to spend this much. But then again, this was the least expensive fixture my store had available for a laundry room replacement fixture.

Would RecommendApproximately 20 minutes to install, including the removal of multiple layers of vintage cloth electric tape from the wiring to the old fixture being replaced. As some have mentioned in their reviews, it can be blind man's bluff to line up the screws from the J-box bar with the light's keyholes, but a headlamp will help you catch a glimpse of the elusive mounting screws.
