Good light, spacer needed

Installed on a flat sheetrock ceiling in the dining room. The installation would have been a LOT easer if a spacer was included to lower the provided ceiling mounting bracket to protrude about a 1/2 inch more downward than the ceiling. The ring on the outside of the light keeps the ceiling mounting bracket from making contact with the light attachment slots. I ended up making a home made spacer. Difficult install due to poor engineering

engineered without thought on how to install. installation is difficult. no screw access from the bottom, you have to recess the screws one cm off the ceiling and then try to get the 15-in light to line up in the right place without seeing it. that's a pretty poor design

Simple to install

So far i love the light. I like that it is adjustable brightness.

Garbage mounting bracket

While the light itself is excellent, the mounting bracket is possibly the worst I've ever encountered. The locking mechanism doesn't engage properly and I've had these fall out a number of times. So not only is it poorly designed, its dangerous. DO NOT BUY

Horrific installation

I bought this in the store and wish I would have read the reviews online first. This certainly provides a lot of light, but the installation is absolutely horrific. Firstly, my product failed to come with any of the installation hardware so I had no screws and no wire nuts so I had to reuse pieces from the old light I was replacing. Disregard the crap reviews

I installed 2 of these in our house and liked them so much, I bought and installed 4 more. They are bright, but not obnoxiously bright. Good color spectrum selection from warm to cool colors. Install was easy. The people complaining that they are hard to install don't seem to know what they're doing. I installed each one in under 20 minutes each light. The complaints the wires are "small and cheap" haven't installed many LED lights. The wires don't have to be heavy gauge as LED lights don't draw...
