It was a cheap price, I didn't want to spend a lot. It was for outside light next to the shop door. Just didn't need nothing fancy. 4 stars because the metal is a little thin.

Lacks a gasket--doesn't seem safe for outdoors

I liked the overall simple design. However, this is supposed to be an outdoor light, but it has no gasket to seal it to the wall. This means water can leak into the fixture where the wires are. I suppose you can caulk it, but that's not as robust as a gasket.
