Not well put together

The first one I bought I had to return after I got it home and out of the box. The lower front valance board was broken. Shipping incident I guess. The replacement was some what better but I still had to replace or fix the plastic corner supports. It is cheaply made with a lot of staples and not many screws. Some of the screws that were used did not even match. I know it was a low cost product but I expected more from Lowes. In retrospect I should have spent more for a better quality vanity.

Horrible finish

Worse paint job I have ever seen on a product! There were paint runs all over it. I mean it looks like they gave preschoolers paint and told them to have at it.

Single sink only --- Reinforce before installing

The front panel is fine and the side panels and drawers are ok. Basically, though, between the lack of structural integrity and the use of plastic "braces" stapled in the corners, the piece seems designed to fall apart. However---- For anyone who enjoys a little woodwork, it is relatively easy to reinforce the corners and add some bracing both on top and underneath so that the piece should be quite serviceable. Vanity difficult to Install.

Nice looking vanity, but had to return it the drawers made it impossible for us to install without cutting into the back of. Exchanged for a much easier no drawer vanity that included the top and sink. In all fairness our bathroom is quite small.

Lowe's Should Be Ashamed to Sell This Product!

I gave this product 1 star only because it would not allow me to give 0. I would not recommend this product to anyone unless they discount the price to less than $100. I agree with others who discuss the poor quality. It is poor quality materials and even poorer construction. EVERY drawer had to be adjusted. None of the drawer slide screws were tight and one was missing. I guess they don't want to tighten the screws in the pressed wood for fear of stripping them out. They would rather the...

Good Value for the Prouct

We bought this to replace a smaller vanity. Project Source vanity is good on price, but I did not care for the plastic restraints for the drawer slides. Other than that it has met my expectations.

Does the job

Nice exterior with strong draws and base. The back is basically cardboard. Lots of cardboard and form packaging. The mirror that matches this unit is poorly constructed and should be avoided

Looks awesome in my bathroom.

This product is well made and the installers did a wonderful job. I upgraded the countertop and faucets and looks very nice.

Poor quality and falling apart out of the box

I opened the box and problems were immediately apparent. The "kickboard" (front bottom board) was broken completely in 2 pieces, made of thin particle board. The staples that held the board running from left to right across the top had come loose, so it was hanging loose by about 3/8". (This whole contraption is held together with staples!) Would Not Buy Again

Bought model 0163611 and as soon as we removed it from the box, we found the toe kick was broken loose. The cabinet was also warped. The front face frame dividers that separate the drawers were assembled crooked. The drawer glide fasteners were stripped, their holes wallowed out. Looks beautiful!

We recently remodeled 2 of our bathrooms. We liked the looks of this vanity so much that we bought the 36 inch one for one bathroom and the 48 inch one for the larger bathroom. Both are very well made. Sturdy. Drawers glide smoothly. Absolutely no issues! Great price! Great purchase!

Very difficult to locate shutoff valves and drain

For the 30-inch wide cabinet with three drawers, it is very difficult to locate the holes for the shutoffs and drain. The drawer slides go all the way through and are fastened to the back wall. And, they are very close to the center. Also, if the shutoffs extend from the wall more than 3 inches, they will obstruct a drawer from closing. low cost - good cabinet for single sink

I have had ours for nearly 5 years and it has been fine. It is for single sink -- that is what makes it so great for us! Topped it with a granite slab and it looks fabulous. Not for use in commercial area but for a couple with grandkids and gatherings, it's perfect. After a flood in the bathroom 5 months ago, we just purchased the same unit.

Get what you paid for

Purchased this today with husband and two toddlers in tow. Store experience was good staff was friendly and helpful. Drove 30mins home to find that the hardware was not in the box. Big bummer as we were hoping to have it ready for the weekend with family in town. Will call in morning to address. Cabinet is as expected. Didn't pay a arm and a leg got what we paid for.

I should have read the reviews before I purchased.

This was exactly what we were looking for. Was excited about getting. Price was within our range. BUT I should have read the reviews. Previous buyers were right on the money. First and foremost it came broken! It took me 5 calls to Lowe's to get them to come back and pick it up. The quality was less than I expected. The design was held together with glue, staples and plastic anchors. None of this is revealed in the description of the product. Most of all this product I feel is even below Lowe's ...

Fit the space perfectly!

We purchase this vanity to replace an old one that was falling apart. The unit fit perfect into the space of the old one and was an easy install. The only thing different was this vanity was about 3 inches taller than the old one and I needed to purchase an extension for the sink drain to the trap. No Problem. Great product......

Don't Buy for Double Sinks

Two store employees told me I could buy a vanity top with 2 sinks and use it with this cabinet. The photo shows double sinks. My contractor & plumber both told me I had to return this item because there is simply not enough clearance above the drawers for both double sinks and the drain pipes. Also--the top they sold me was 4 inches wider than the vanity which would make the sinks far too close to the front edge of the vanity.

You Get What You Pay For

Product look good but beware of the material. The drawers are made of particle board and stapled together. As long as you don't have a 2 year old grandson and the drawers get filled with water(they are capable of anything) you will be OK. Three of the drawers fell apart with no way to put back together. I'm hoping to figure out a way to contact the manufacture and purchase new drawers.
