Would Not RecommendI bought this shovel to replace one that I have used for about 20 years. The price on this one was attractive and it looked to be a decent shovel for light yard work. Looks are deceiving. The first time i tried to push the shovel into the ground the handle split and I was nearly impaled. The split started about 3 inches above the blade and went about 3 feet up the handle. When it snapped my momentum carried me over the handle and it missed my stomach by a matter of inches. Broke after very little use
Would Not RecommendThe handle of this shovel broke near the screws that hold it on. I had only use it a few times for light work. I am a 56 year old grandmother so it’s ridiculous that I could apply enough force to it for it to break. Save your money because you mayl be throwing this away within a month if you buy it.
