The product is fine unfortunately when I bought the garbage, can I forgot to take the top. Is there anything I can do about that?

Good sturdy and rainproof trash Barrel
Would RecommendIt's sturdy and the bags you sell fit it perfectly. But it's short, and the handle is on the same side as the 2 wheels. This means I need to bend over a lot to tip it up on the wheels and roll it. Putting the handle on the opposite side would make it easier to tow behind me.
