Not Worth It

Purchased this faucet back in NOV. Leaked from initial install. Lowes does not offer repair parts for this brand even though its a LOWES exclusive product. Here it is Feb 1 and I'm still trying to get the parts. Have decided to replace with a Delta or Moen. Should have known :(

flawless install

The product swapped out with no issues and was done in about 1 hour The handle design fit my bath perfect

Not worth it

We have replaced this item twice now because of the seals. The handles and seals do not fit well and our faucet constantly drips.

i should have read reviews

IT looks good and a simple install but you cannot stop it from leaking. Three weeks after installing it started dripping then a steady stream. I took the hot side apart and the problem is a rubber seal at the end of a spring. The seal had an indention and a small tear I sanded the tear out and reassembled and it has not leaked until a few days ago. Started as a drip and now absteady stream again. I am going to try to fix again. If not I will try for a refund. My suggestion is spend a little mor...

Handle falls off

I purchased this faucet as an interim until I can get to remolding the tub/shower completely. However the shower handle, which is held on by a set screw simply does not hold. It falls off at least every other shower. It is just my wife and I so there is no rough use of the handle. I would not recommend this faucet!

Pretty doesn't always mean it will function well

Was the nicest looking one of what they had to offer and the price was great but doesn't function as well. The handles will only go so far to turn the water on making the pressure selection very limited.

Do not buy!

I unfortunately purchased this faucet for a rental home and have replaced the valve that you can't buy in the store twice and it's leaking AGAIN.

Leaking on Hot Water Side

I had this set put in in March 2020, it started leaking late April on the hot water side. Having to return and replace.

Leaked Immediately

I bought this because it was a stylish replacement and fit my budget. It has leaked on the hot side since installation and just gets worse. It is a terrible product right out of the box. Everything is plastic too.

Do not buy this faucet

Have had nothing but trouble with this product...repair parts unavailable at the store..need to order directly from manufacturers...Lowe's should be ashamed to have this on their shelves

leaking right out of the box

Bought brand new, brought it home, installed it. I went to test for leaks. And as soon as I turned the handles, the diverter valve leaked like a sieve. Turned off hot and cold water handles, it quit leaking. Went to tighten diverter valve to snug it up. It leaks even more. I find it to be junk.

Leaks terrible

I replaced my old faucet with this one and it lasted about 4 months. Started leaking again worse than the old one. Looks good but now I have to spend another Sunday replacing it

Worked as advertised

Easy to follow Instructions. I am not a plumber this would make you think I was. Looks great and works that way also. Thanks to Robert for the great advice and assistance.
