Standard but does the trick
Would Recommend3 stars but I'd recommend - sounds contradicting but if you are looking for a standard vanity/sink combo to put in a rental that's not expensive then this is the way to go. I had to order it twice cause the first one the sink arrived cracked but oddly enough, the second one's base cabinet was very flimsy so used the base of the first one and the sink of the 2nd one and had it installed. Again, its fine and will do the trick in my rental.

Good bargain model vanity for rental properties
Sink bowl does not have an overflow port. Center hole for drain stopper rod somehow didn't work too well with the Moen faucet I choose. Overall the cabinet is satisfactory quality relative to the clearance price. Not sure if I would pay full retail for it. The cabinet assembly is fastened with staples, so definitely important to take care of alignment issues and shims so that the entire cabinet is supported and braced where needed to that when it is fastened to the wall(s) it stays square and ...
