Would Not RecommendWe wanted to update a half bath as we did not like the pedestal sink we had. I didn't want to spend a lot on a sink but I wish we had spent a little more for something nicer. This vanity is OK. It's not great. There are a few spots where the dark wood color doesn't line up where pieces come together, so it stands out. The top is fine and easy to clean. My main complaint is the lower wooden part just looks cheap. The underneath is spacious enough and has good storage space.

Poor packaging - inspect before bringing home
Would RecommendBought this online and picked up at the store. Hauled out to the truck and noticed the box had a dent. Opened it up and the bottom toe kick was broken in half (partical board!). Returned to the Service counter, and they gave me a new one. Opened that box up and same thing. Last one they had so I purchased with a discount and fixed at home. Amazing price for a quick Sink Vanity
Would RecommendI used this in a small ADU with limited space. I loved the one-piece top, so there are no leaks or places for dirt to collect. The undercabinet is very simply made with vinyl veneer over particle board. You want to make sure it's not going to get wet, since it will swell and become worthless. I would recommend reinforcing the cabinet under the sink, since there are not enough support points, due to the uneven surface of the sink mould. Test it out and see what I mean. Would Not RecommendThis counter top sounded like a great deal until I started to install everything and started seeing all the defects. Firstly, there is no way to attach the counter top to the cabinet other than using construction adhesive. Maybe this is a normal thing so I can deal with that. Would Not RecommendI bought this specifically because I wanted a 36" cabinet without drawers to allow space for a point-of-use water heater. The cabinet is what you'd expect for the price, its pressboard and the bottom edges are not finished which may soak up water if some spilled as would be common in a bathroom. Would RecommendI bought the dark java colored vanity for the hall bath and could not be more pleased about how good it looks for the price I paid! The shape of the sink is modern looking and I love the dark color of the cabinet. It looks amazing with a brushed nickel faucet. Seems to be well made as well! I don’t get the complaints about no overflow. I’ve never needed one on a bathroom sink like ever.
