These lights are so nice. They are easy to install and produce a nice bright but soft light.

Light go bad after 4 years

The lights in my kitchen, which I use every day, worked fine for the first three years, then flickered one by one and died out. The lights are not as expensive as other lights, but imagine the extra cost to get the handyman to replace the fixture (Lowes charging $140+ to replace a pair.) It is not economical in the end.

Fine when it worked

I didn't even get 5 years out of mine. It's been a little over 3 at most. And I suppose I should have known and would have if the electrician hadn't installed it for me, but was shocked to discover I couldn't just replace the light bulb. I have learned my lesson and will be sure to pay attention when I go shopping for its replacement.

Flickering mess

These bulbs do not last as indicated when we built our house 6 years ago. I despise all of them in our house. They flicker, go out, and are terrible to replace!

Nice light, good price

We installed these lights in our kitchen and laundry room as replacement to update some older lights that had been there for a while. They look good and offer plenty of lighting.

Replacing Broken Fixture

Easy to install. We had bought 24 of these units during a house remodel five years ago. One of the lights developed a mind of its own and worked only when it felt like it. Easy to fix.

Nice lights, short life span

These lights looks great as a replacement for the old globe fixtures in our house. One of the lights began flickering a few months later and then would not come on. Quality control needs to improve.

Failed at 5-years; no bulb to replace=new fixture

Electrician installed in kitchen; had few problems with flickering in last year. Failed completely just before 5 year mark, and no such thing as replacing bulb. Since electrician installed fixture, I don't have receipt for purchase, so it's a frustrating, sub-standard inconvenience 10 days before Christmas that's also costly :-( Looks like my experience is same as some others on here.

flickers and fails in synchony

I have a bank of 6 of these in my kitchen. After 5 years, they flicker. I deducted it to a capacitor in only one light, but causes a voltage fluctuations that impacts the whole bank. I have a bank of 6 outside, and they all started failing within a week of each other at the 5 year mark. LEDs are supposed to last longer, and at $17 each, 5 years life is not money saving. There are other better options than these made-in-china junk. I would ZERO star review if I could.
