I can't figure out how to use it.
Would Not RecommendI'm using the recommended cable, and I've read the instructions. I cannot figure out how to route the wire and to make the connections securely. The instructions are in three languages, but with no illustrations and or descriptive wording.
Difficult wire hookup
Would RecommendAppears to be good quality Had extremely difficult time hooking #14 wires to terminals. Had to bend twisted, stranded wire thru a close tolerance slot to hookup properly. Short stripped wire ends complicated hook up Completed all hook ups and seems to be ok. Better wire hookup instructions would have been helpful Time will tell on product longevity

Would Not RecommendThe product needs clearer directions from beginning to end. Figures showing what to do are necessary. Their written instructions are not adequate and are also incorrect in my opinion. I got it wired and it worked, but I don't know if I trust it as the neutral wire could not be tightened.

Would Not RecommendThe method for attaching wires is not at all professional , easy or even safe. They provide no good way to tighten other than sold core wire and I am NOT aware of any sold core extension cords on the market.
