I normally receive great service when I do curbside pickup, and I appreciate that option, but today I sat there for about 15-20 minutes waiting for my order when I decided to go inside. (l do curbside since I have a disability) I waited behind 3 people at the service desk and when it was my turn I was told that "there's nobody back there working". 2 other curbside customers went in as well.
