Broke on the 3rd 5mm Vinyl Flooring Plank
Would Not RecommendThe plastic base snapped after the 3rd vinyl plank. I was only cutting 5mm thick planking, nothing thick at all. Lowes customer service was great and returned it with no issues. Definitely look for a better product unless you’re cutting paper thin material.
Not meant for 6mm vinyl plank
I'm sure this cutter is great for thinner vinyl plank material, but not for anything 6mm or above. It cracked my pieces instead of cutting it straight.
Cuts CVT well. LVP depends on thickness.
Would RecommendThis worked great for CVT and thinner LVP flooring. Did not work so well on Thicker LVP.

Would Not RecommendAn employee at Lowes recommend this to cut LVP flooring. Heck, it's even in the isle with the LVP flooring. Maybe this works well with other materials but if you're planning on using this with Smartcore products, DON'T. Waste of time and money.
