Would Not RecommendThis is a basic fixture at the very bottom of the chart for cost. I needed an immediate replacement for an older failed one using non-standard bulbs. The cost of this was less than a single bulb for the old unit. The unit came as expected, however in my application it would not just screw onto the hole in the ceiling at first. Hardware does not work
Would Not RecommendIt has one bolt which holds the entire thing together and goes thru the mounting hardware. The bolt would NOT pass through the fixture, making the entire thing unusable. Had to return it.

Would RecommendLooks good and puts out a lot of light. Build quality is on the cheap side, but so is the price. The only thing that should be better is the included hardware. The screw head are so small that they could easily pull through the light fixture if tightened too much.
