Incredibly strong suction. It seems as though this is an actual HEPA filter unlike the particulate filters on some vacuums. That's why it costs more. My sisters house was in the Middletown fire area and she used this unit, and still uses it, to clean her house and property from windblown Ash that may have asbestos in it. I have wanted this for years but just bought it. I love this vacuum cleaner. I have a small townhouse and 2 dogs. It greatly cuts down on vacuuming time and does a better job than sweeping. It's a little difficult on the rugs but it works. Now I don't have to fight to get the house vacuumed because it's so easy.

It's so powerful that its sucks everything (literally everything including socks) in. The handle is very light (for the hands and arms) and versatile (turns in many ways). I bought it after seeing the janitors at our office building using it. Even though it is expensive and my wife was against buying it, now that I use it to clean the house, she is not complaining.

Fixes old problems, but makes new ones.
I bought the older version in 2013 which was great too, but the older version felt like the straps would dig into my shoulders and the clips broke easily. The new model has more comfortable straps, the clips hold on better and the overall feel is much better. I have problems with connecting the vacuum to the cord, the cord on the vacuum is just to small and way too far back.
