I am not sure what happened, maybe I just got a really bad bag, or they changed something. I buy these all the time to use for the wax process after chalk painting. I have gone through many bags of these rags and they are always great, and very little to no lint at all, which is exactly what I need. There is no mention of the "typical dimension" of the white rags that are included in the plastic bag.
