First time use

Just bought this dispenser yesterday the set up was smooth worked for a little while and then it stopped dispensing water. It’s charged but the indicator light stopped working and it will not dispense water. Really not happy with product.

Next Day delivery

Item was said to be delivered. I had my door open to my house. I sat next to the door they said they delivered. I called Titusville Lowe’s and understand that you contract out delivery. My package did not arrive to me but maybe to somebody else I paid $15, do you have next day delivery for all the hassle somebody should give me back that $15 I’m doing all the legwork having to call the store who had no information and who delivered and would be calling me back so for the next day delivery, I get...

Doesn’t work

Brand new out of the box it doesn’t work. Pump turns on and sounds like it’s working but has no suction.

Replacement charger

I have this dispenser and love it but I moved and lost the charger. How do I get a replacement charger so I can use it again>

Ugly plastic dispensers look like a size 7 SHOE!!!

these are the ugliest things I've Ever seen. They look like a pair of shoes and I'm quite serious when I say they are the size of a pair of shoes about size 7 shoes in women's sizes They are all plastic. I doubt that you can clean them properly because there's so many plastic parts and interior plastic parts. It seems layer upon layer of plastic and they are atrociously ugly. The product came from China in a box with no invoice and no instructions no phone number no information whatsoever.

POOR DESIGN

Potential to be an excellent product. Unfortunately, the pump is at the end of a very stretchy, silicone hose not in the actual unit. So if you pull on it just a little, it will pull apart the tiny ear bud sized wires that run up the hose to the unit rendering it useless. Please redesign OR offer a replacement hose with pump. Not spending more money on a third unit....

Great pump, weak charging port

This despender works great. It's quieter than others, and the spout extends farther than others as well. Only problem that we've had is that the Micro-USB port is very weak. There isn't really anything supporting it except for the solder on the little logic board, so any wiggling will weaken that connection over time. My pump is dead now, but if I could find a replacement circuit board, it would be an easy fix.

This water dispenser is awesome! So easy to set up and use. Our kids love it. We use it when we travel and at home. Batter life is great and no drip also.

On the go a lot

Primo water

Travel perfect!
