Would RecommendActually think its a great dispenser for the price! Looks great. I actually am using mine on the floor for my dog to drink bottled water instead of tap. Works great. Bowl fits under there and i just push the nozzle to give her fresh water.

The seal rings internally don’t seem to lay flat and it causes it to leak. No they weren’t tightened too much ect. I performed all troubleshooting. It’s defected. I saw many others had the same issue with theirs. It’s very disappointing

Just what we needed
Would RecommendWe were tipping our 5 gallon jug to fill our cups previously but with this, it's a breeze :-) I like how it has like a 1 to 2 gallon storage in the main tank so that we can easily swap out new water jugs without having an outage. The wooden stand is surprisingly sturdy and the plastic spigot once you figure out the trick to get the water out effectively, works amazing :-)

Would Not RecommendJust purchased this countertop dispenser. Very nice perfect for my kitchen. The problem is that the faucet leaks. There was water all over. My husband will try n tighten the inside and we'll see how that works.

Spigot needed to be replaced
Would Not RecommendThe plastic spigot needed to be replaced immediately because it only allowed a small flow of water and also leaked. Once I got a stainless steel spigot, everything works.

Worth the price
The porcelain jug looks great. For the price, it's exactly what I need. The nozzle is relatively cheap plastic and the stand is unfinished wood with 1cm gap all around the jug.
