It's Mulch... not that complicated.
Would RecommendIt's black. It's wood. It's in a bag (that was ripped... check your bags, people). You put it on the ground around plants to retain moisture make a place look like you care. Why Lowes wants a review for it is beyond me but thank you for reading anyway.
