Great Upgrade for Cheap!

I absolutely love how relatively easy these are to install and how inexpensive an upgrade it made. I converted 4 recessed lights in my kitchen. I purchased 4 cage shades separately for about 10 bucks each. My decorating style is farmhouse modern; so they are perfect. Worked great to convert my wall washing trims to hanging lights.

This was so easy! Took about 20 minutes to install 3 of them. The crystal pendant shades were also purchased at Lowes. So pretty.

VERY Easy Install

I was skeptical about this- seemed way too easy. Regardless, I purchased one for over my kitchen sink. Install took less than 10 minutes! I kind of wish I had more recessed lighting in my house so I could purchase more- the look is so much nicer.

Great solution

I had two can lights over my dining room table. I thought I would need to hire an electrician to remove them but this product solved the problem. I, a senior female, installed them myself. It took me a while to figure out how to do it. As I was hanging two next to each other I put tape on the wires to mark them so they would be even when I pulled the wires through. There really should be a video to show you how to do it.

Nice quality, easy to install

I bought this to use for a light weight chandelier above a bathtub. I had to shorten the wire significantly and once I figured that out, it was a breeze to hang. I'm so glad I purchased it. A couple of tips -- If you need to shorten it, significantly, just know that you do it from the end that you would screw into the light socket, as shown in the photo. Be sure to take pictures of what it each section looks like before you do disassemble it so you'll know how to put it back together properly...
