Would Recommendwe have a step down outside our gate that can be hazardous if you do not see the step down. We have two lights, one on either side, and they provide plenty of light to prevent accidents. These lights were a very cost effective way to solve our problem. We mounted them by tying them to our fence, instead of sticking them in the ground. They were in the way of the mowers sticking in the ground.

Worst Product and No Instructions
Would Not RecommendPurchased two of these lights. There are NO INSTRUCTIONS with them. Noticed the sticker that said "Do not remove cover from the on/off switch." Found the on/off switch but couldn't easily tell which direction is off and which is on. So, we searched for an online manual. The online manual said to remove the cover to activate the battery. But, it's impossible to remove the cover without breaking it. We are returning them. Very frustrating. DO NOT BUY THESE LIGHTS.

Would Not RecommendI bought one and tried it in my yard. Brightness was good at night when it was charged by the sun, and it seemed well constructed, but I noticed the light faded early. While working in the yard during the day, I noticed the light was on during the day, so it would never achieve a full charge for night illumination. It should be OFF during the day. Returned it for refund.

Would RecommendThis flood light was installed a couple of weeks ago in the midst of some low-lying ground cover. It was super easy to push into the ground and direct the beam. My only disappointment is that the beam is not brighter. However, for being solar and very inexpensive, it does the job!
