Would RecommendNeeded a sturdy clamp to hold up the cord for a tarp which is supposed to keep some of the rain out of the back lanai under the awning which when it rains sideways, gets everything wet. The holes helped run a cord through to hang up to the nail on the beam overhead. Not super hard to open the clamp as I was worried that my grip injury (to hands from work), would make it too difficult. Works well for what I need it for. Would recommend, didn't need the rubber covered ones.
