Good quality and design at good price point

I sent in a review on Feb.1. Got reply from Pfister on Feb.4 concerning my problem with hot/cold temp control. I got a nice reply on how I could call the 1-800 number and they would supply the replacement parts and instructions to repair. I made the call and managed to actually speak with someone. Similar to faucet I had before.

Not user friendly

Bought this as it looked nice. The aerator is a proprietary thread size and not common. I can't hook up my fish tank vaccum, can't find an adaptor and you can't change the aerator (you will need to replace) if it gets plugged or damaged as it's not a common size. The faucet randomly bangs when flowing water. The water temp (adjustment) is very temperamental and changes easy. I wouldn't recommend this to my ex-wife. Looks nice

Good faucet for the price

This is a great faucet. Couple of things to know about it that the nozzel is very similar to the sprayer. It doesn't come out in a stream. When you turn the water off, it will drain the nozzle. So the water is off but water is still coming out. Husband said it was an easy install.

This is the most aggravating faucet to control hot/cold mix while washing and rinsing dishes. When I have got the mix temp just right the faucet will make some kind of thump noise and the water goes either too hot or too cold. I am thoroughly disappointed. Totally impossible to regulate.

water hammering sound

bought it today, installed it successfully, worked well for the first 30 minutes, then we noticed water hammering sound every time either the cold or hot water is turned on. found so many customers having the same issue, and how come it has 4.5 out of 5....

Easy to fill pots.

The only thing that I didn't like about the. Kitchen faucet. The sprayer did not have a. Pipe threaded connection.

Dual handle faucet is my savior

This is an exact replacement for a sink faucet that served me well for three years. Then the handle serving the hot water side suddenly broke: the handle would turn 360 degrees instead of stopping at the normal shut off. This style faucet is getting harder to find. I really like having separate hot and cold handles since it much easier to see which handle is open to provide water. I either use hot water or cold water. The single "combined" mixing faucet valves do not work so well for me.

I like SS better than chrome.

Why are these beig sold eith this defect

Sounds terrible. Knocking when turning water on.. after teading reviews it seems that others have had same problem for awhile and manufacter allows these to be sold and only helps when customers complain instead of removing and replacing in retail stores
