Would RecommendI ordered this to replace the one currently at the house I bought. I watched the video and could not figure it out (their door didn’t look like mine) so I emailed customer service on a Sunday. I got an immediate (Sunday) reply with step by step instructions with pictures on how to replace my door. It was a pain but I would not have gotten it done without the special instructions! Oh, I also got this delivered in just a few days!

Would RecommendI have had the same sliding door insert for well over 15 years and when I last ordered replacement flaps in 2018 I was warned that the door itself was being discontinued so that in the future, flaps might no longer be available. To my great relief, they are still stocked and were simple to order. Thank you for still caring for older customers. The door insert has held up perfectly of the years and needs a new flap every couple of years. Well done
