Replacement Flap
I had to go purchase longer scews. I dont know if this flap is thicker or exactly what the problem is, but the current screws are now too short. Also, when I screw the new flap on, it drops a little which causes it to be too long. It hangs on the frame now. My is small and at times cannot push the flao to go through the doggie door.

Would RecommendI love my doggie door. I’ve had it for several years and it was time to change the flap. It was so easy. Five minutes with a Phillips screwdriver. Now it keeps out the cold air again.
