tongue and groove would not come together with a bump in the channel, had to spend hours chiselling them out.

Absolute piece of garbage

This is the fourth floor we’ve installed - usually a project we enjoy and can get done in a few hours. But not with this cr@p. Purchased 17 boxes, returned 16. Kept one box only because we had cut a few pieces and couldn’t return those, although given the hours wasted on trying to install it we should have tried. This is a great product for do-it-yourself people with basic wood working skills. The floor boards snapped together even in tight places. Our cabin’s kitchen floor is only 105 sq ft, but none of the walls are square and we had to work under a wood stove that was too heavy to move outside. The end result is a nice looking floor that is easy to clean and quiet to walk on. The instructions are ok if you can read them with a magnifying glass. I am a contractor and I installed the Pergo Pro Aventcross Oak in my house. I chose Pergo because it has become a brand I trust over the past 20 years. This flooring did not let me down! For starters it is beautiful, very easy to install and came with the highest quality of materials and quality control that you can always expect from Pergo. I am a very happy customer!

Durable planks easy to install

The product appears to be very durable. Out of 7 cartons, one carton had visible damage that was not noticed by the Lowe's associate loading the boxes. About 5 of the planks had serious damage on the short end of the planks and the carton was returned to Lowe's for a refund and a replacement carton was bought.
