Would RecommendI have installed countless interlocking laminate floors since they hit the market. This Pergo WetProtect Silo Oak was by far the best I have worked with. My Lowe's did a great job of getting me loaded up and on my way. Had it inside and acclimating for three days before installing. 2 days minimum folks. Waiting is crucial on laminate. Would RecommendThis floor was incredibly easy to install & is absolutely gorgeous & so so so realistic looking. The warm color is perfect for our entire downstairs. It definitely does not scratch. My grandsons have played inside hockey with their hockey sticks & nets several times since installing & you would never even know it. Not one single scratch or scuff. Also does not show footprints or dirt. It's amazing! Thank you Pergo & Lowes for such a wonderful product.

Would RecommendGood product at good price. Color is a little more brownish than it appears in the store. Usual install and looks really nice. I wonder about the water resistance but I do see a sealng bead on the flange, hopefully I'll not put it to the test.

Awful Customer Service
I did an online order in mid-october the sales rep never told me it would take until jan 25th 2025 to get the product - when I called the Glenville, NY store to resolve their customer service team was awful and not helpful at all - avoid doing any ordering online and go to the store - I have to go in and try to resolve all of this - what a waste of time - awful process.
