GARBAGE

This flooring looks nice but is cheap. Just put in 750sqft of this and had to rip out sections 3 times and redo as the “wood” that has to be half a millimeter thick flaked off. Also; don’t hit the wood too hard or you’ll breaks the connector joints. Just hope this lasts or I’ll be ripping it up

Durable and beautiful

Durable. Great quality. I personally love the texture to the flooring. Some are smooth. This is not cheap flooring. Seems like it would not scratch very easily at all like the manufacturer claims and the joints do lock nicely and tight. Installed correctly this is great upgrade or choice. My landlord is super happy with what I chose. I would have chose this floor for a house I owned too. Maybe one day. ;)

I haven't even started my project but already angry at the fact that out of 18 packages I had delivered 6 were opened and the planks exposed.. Some damaged. Extremely frustrating to say the least!

Great Flooring at an even better price. We are so glad we saw this flooring on display. It went down easy and looks great.

great product, bad order fill

1 associate pallet jacked order out to truck. random customer helped load until we got to still-plastic wrapped pallet. entire plet was the wrong flooring. had 2 go in to tell assoc. who sent another guy out to get wring flooring. 1 assoc brought correct flooring out then left. no employees assisted or offered to help load the flooring. the random custom helped.

Looks amazing - Smells horrible :(

We installed this floor almost a month ago and it still smells awful. My kids stuffed animals smell like or when they get left on the floor, my son smells like it when he sleeps in there, the room overall smells like a plastic/gassy grossness. I’ve tried cleaning it with vinegar/water, we left windows open for two straight weeks with ceiling fan and floor fan on. I called pergo pro directly for advice and they said to talk to whatever store I bought it from. Purely based on this scent I’d defini...

Nice and Clean

I like the color, the feeling, the look, and all around the material of the product. I recommend this flooring for anyone with softer or more modern wants for the interior of a home but I suggest a darker color for those with more dark pain on the walls. You do need floor glue to stick it to the floor since the backing isn't enough in my opinion.

Broke corners

Ordered 57 boxes , picked up 13 in stock had to return them all because corners were broke waited two weeks for 57 boxes to come in, picked up 20 of them all of the corners are damaged and I’m sure the rest of my order is damaged as well, no one will answer the phone in flooring at the Columbus indiana lowes, I am at my Witt’s end with this store and the product, my project is now behind schedule again I don’t live close to the store and I find my time and gas valuable

Very nice!

The quality of this product is second to none, in my opinion. Locks together great and looks amazing. Also, it's definitely waterproof. I put a cut-off piece in a 5 gallon bucket of water for weeks, and it didn't look any different than before I put it in it. I highly recommend using this product!
