worst experience I have ever had with a product. Sold me a product they dont even had and made me wait a month to figure it out.

Please inspect the flooring by opening the boxes

Product looks good but some of the pieces were damaged by the straps that were used to ship to my house. I’ve had one room installed so far and had one bad box. Hopefully we don’t have any more damaged flooring. Please send me a few more boxes of flooring to replace the damaged flooring. Thanks

Scratches easily and color looks faded

We had Pergo Outlast at our old house and that stuff was like concrete as far as scratching. It was amazing. So we chose Pergo again and had it installed in my mom's house. I'm incredibly unhappy with it. You can't even slide the couch over to sweep without getting a giant scratch. Might as well have installed tissue paper. We installed about 1100 sq ft and most of it looks faded out but some of the boxes were much brighter so it looks like we mixed a bunch of different flooring. I double checke...

New Flooring

The product had more red undertones than I expected. During the kitchen remodel, it was used in a non visible area, so the color was okay.

Will need extra blades if using a gigsaw.

Product discontinued, why even read a review?

Product works fine, but its discontinued now so this is totally a pointless ask to review the product. Also, since its discontinued they refused to ship it from southern NH store to my store in Conway, even though i offered to pay. For a national chain to be so cheap and unhelpful doesnt inspire confidence or loyalty. love the color and ease of installation, make sure that you get enough for your projects we had my bedroom done and I decided to do the lower level and it was on clearance and we had to go to three different stores to get the champagne oak color.

Different boxes do not match!

I had very high hopes as this one it was suggested by Lowe's sale assistant as the best one on the market. Here's a list of issues I had with them: - When attaching planks from different boxes, they won't match. It's supper hard to get them completely attached so there's no gap between them. Attaching the ones from the same box would work nicely. - Each box has 8 planks.
