Excellent quality with tight assembly. 19 mil wear thickness. Comes in many designs

Scratch resistant but not scratch proof.

We had purchased this product before and needed more to do another room. I don't like that it can scratch pretty easily.

Very fragile

This flooring is incredibly fragile. Scratches very easily. I had high expectations for durability from this product and am very disappointed. Simply sliding a dining chair produced deep scratches. If you’re looking for durability, look elsewhere.

Hot garbage

Bought this to replace 22 yr old no-name flooring from Costco that still looked good, just dated (honey oak). This flooring was nearly half the thickness and more plastic than fiber so very "squishy" to walk on and brittle to handle. The quality control on this is so poor, that many of the pieces had broken corners inside the box without any visible damage to the box. A few pieces had the connecting edge broken in numerous places (had to be at the factory since the pieces above and below them w...

Flooring warped

We bought 30 boxes to install in two new bedrooms. While I like the look of the product, 27 pieces were warped and unusable. We tried installing them to see if it would flatten out and conform after being interlocked with other pieces but it only seemed to get worse. Once boxes are opened, Lowe's doesn't accept returns. We have about 4 boxes worth (7 pieces per box) of material that we have to replace. Lots of time and lots money wasted. Very disappointed and worried about the rest of the floor...

Fantastic product, but taking forever to get

The product is fantastic. It’s going to look great if only I can get the other four cases that I ordered that was supposed to have arrived on 17 April and I still haven’t received them. Kind of getting a little ticked off. product delayed. It’s been in transit for how long now. I’m about to cancel and return the other if I don’t get anything in the next three or four days.

Color not as advertised

Initially I purchased the last box in the Boardman, OH store to take home and see how it would look in the house. The auburn/ slightly reddish tone was a perfect match for the existing brick work in two seperate rooms and a hallway. Unfortunately when the 27 boxes I ordered from the Warren, OH store arrived they were not even close in color to the box I had previously purchased nor did they match the advertised samples.
