The quality of this set is not what I expected for the money. The cushions are like sponges that catch all moisture, but they do not dry out quickly. The cushions will stay wet for days after a light rain. We had missing parts in our order, so we had to wait for replacement parts to be able to use.

We didn’t plan to leave the cushions on except in use, but the seat does not match the backrest. It looks incomplete without the cushions on and cannot be left on our front porch without them. Wish this wasn’t the case. I love the quality of Polywood. Needed to return as these seats didn’t fit our intension for them.

I love my new Lakeside set
I received my new furniture last week. I opted to have the white glove service. I love the color of the furniture (slate gray) and the cushions (dune burlap) that I chose. I have only sat in a chair once, but it seems to be very comfortable and well made. Hopefully I will be able to have more time to enjoy my furniture in the coming weeks.

Really like the product itself, however the quality control in manufacturing seems to be lacking. One of my chairs came with legs that were permanently bent, almost like they had been formed that way. And a few of my chairs came with the ‘Polywood’ emblem upside down.

We love our new Polywood set! It is everything we had hoped for. The seat cushion covers can easily be removed to wash which is great. It is extremely comfortable and we are hoping it lasts years to come.

5 stars on the polywood itself. As others have said, have a drill on hand as you may need to open up some holes for the screws. Easy to assemble. Clear instructions. The 4-stars is due to the bright white, linen cushions. Hard to discern online how bright white they are. Would have preferred an off white cushion which is what I thought I was ordering. Cushions themselves are good quality, plush, and comfortable.
