Stylish Furniture!
Love the furniture, don't care for the instructions sheet. Had to turn to u-tube for easier directions. But Iove the furniture. Surprise more high end catalog companies doesn't sell the polywood brand.

Quality materials and build to last
Easy to assemble, and looks great. I can tell these chairs will last a long time. Lost a star only because there are some tight tolerances, specifically the back rest fitting into the side pieces. Even after tightening down the screws, I don't think it's snug. The screws could also be made of a stronger material, the Hex wrench was biting into the screw before tightening down and one stripped during assembly.

This is the most comfortable outdoor chair I have ever owned! The quality is great. Assembly was very easy. The Dune Burlap cushions are more comfortable than my living room furniture and have stood up to any rain so far without staining or residue. Debris just brushes right off with your hand. I can’t wait to purchase a matching teak color sofa to go with them.

We purchased both the Vinyard Deep Seating Sofa and the Rocking chairs for our backyard. The delivery time was within the quoted date which was only a few weeks. The assemble was easy, took around 2 hours to assemble both the sofa and chairs. You can tell the furniture is well made. From the metal bar on the back of the sofa to the hardware. Fabric color not as depicted.
Chair itself is phenomenal, love it as I do all your products. My issue is with the cushions. They are described as sky blue but in actuality they are a much darker, DENIM color blue. Chairs are really nice - runner holes were incorrect
If you order these chairs, look at your parts closely when you receive them. I bought 4 chairs total. 2 of the chairs had screw holes in the runners that were in the wrong place. I had 2 chairs with correct runners so it was easy to see the difference. It took several detailed requests with many photos before Polywood eventually sent me the runners with the correct screw holes. Missing hardware and padding in cushion
Originally arrived without hardware; didn’t fit together as early nor quickly as the purchases but managed to get it together. The back cushion is very thinly padded to only about 50% in comparison to other rockers previously ordered.
