Noticed some slight damage on

Noticed some slight damage on the table top. In order to get help I need the serial number which I can’t find. Just would like help to get this resolved and find it difficult. I went with your company because of better reviews than a competitor. Hoping this gets the help I need

Great Table

This is out second Polywood purchase. The first were chairs for our front porch. We now bought the picnic set. Assembly is easy. However, the double sided screws do need a vice gripe to screw in to the half way point on them. The directions on that part are misleading. I also go out of my way to purchase Polywood for the high quality, use of recyclable materials and most importantly made in America.

I love this furniture! I really debated hard since its very expensive but I'm so glad we invested in it. It's beautiful, very durable/solid feeling, heavy enough that there's no way the wind will blow it over, very comfortable and matches our new patio perfectly! My husband put it all together without me (score!) and said it wasn't all that hard. Additionally, the pollen sweeps or hoses right off. The quality and build materials of these pieces are impressive. I wish I would have bought these sooner. You get what you pay for and I consider our new tables and chairs a good overall value. I was also glad to be able to use the existing umbrella we had thanks to the table design. Great product and I highly recommend!

Great product so far

Was super happy about the reasonable price. Very study yet moves easily on our deck. Relatively easy to put together. Shipping was awesome. Color was perfect for our deck. Enhances our backyard summer fun imensely.

Great furniture but easily damaged by squirrels

I had such high hopes for this furniture lasting years. It's comfortable, great looking and durable to the elements. Unfortunately the squirrels in my neighborhood are devouring the plastic wood. Now I'm left with furniture that looks terrible. Sadly I can't recommend this furniture because it doesn't hold up to the furry creatures at my house.

Heavy Duty

This is a heavy well built set. The table and six chairs are a really nice addition to my back yard. There was minimal assembly required. For the chairs the only thing need was to install the arms and that only entailed putting in two screws in, one attached to the back of the chair and another to the seat. Vineyard 7 piece set

I am more than pleased with the quality of my new set. It is delightful to clean with a damp cloth. I wish I had bought this set years ago as I have been through teak and aluminum sets.

Can’t Beat The Quality

We love Polywood!! The quality and durability of this furniture cannot be beat. It is nice and heavy so it won’t blow away during a storm. Love Love Love!!
