Polywood needs better quality control
I ordered the Vineyard 7-Piece Dining Set, as well as two Adirondack 3-Piece Sets. Each order arrived with missing hardware and/or duplicate armrests (e. g. , two left armrests), and several pieces had the brand emblem glued on upside down. One order with issues is understandable; three orders with issues is problematic.

Durable
Would RecommendTable and chairs seem to be very durable and long lasting. The chairs are comfortable enough without cushions. Very easy to put together (only had to attach chair arms and table legs).

Would Recommendbeen wanting to check out Polywood. The table was as expected - delivery was earlier than expected and hassle free. The table and chairs were easy (for my husband :)) to assemble.

Would RecommendThis was my very first Polywood purchase and I'm already hooked on the product line! The Vineyard dining set is solid, very attractive in person and looks high quality. You can tell that I paid $$$ for it. :) I chose the Nautical designed table, rather than the Farmhouse table. The Nautical table has rounded edges, whereas the Farmhouse table is straight. Questionable design for assembly.
The cross member attached on the bottom of one side of the table was attached upside down so the holes on the legs would not line up. I had to disassemble quit a bit to turn the past over. This seems like a poor design why would you not have the holes centered so when the cross member is put on there is neither a up or down.

Great dining set
My wife and I were looking for a outdoor dining set that would withstand the wear and tear of a large Italian family. We came across this after looking for something that wouldn’t turn to rust in 3 years. We have had the set for a month and it is beyond great. If it truly does last the 20 years it would be a bargain. We love the look, feel and the fact it doesn’t feel cheap. Overall amazing set!

We were a bit concerned about spending thousands of dollars sight unseen for an outdoor dinning table set, but it we are really glad we did it. The whole process of dealing with Polywood was easy and transparent, and our furniture arrived on time in perfect condition. It looks exactly like the images on the website, and is as sturdy and comfortable as the website suggests it is. Definitely a really good value.
