Broke on the second cut of the first piece!! Junk!

package states it was able to cut up to a 1/4 inch thickness... mine was les than that and it still broke

It looked really easy in the online video but didn’t work anything like it. I scored for 29 minutes and still was barely through the plastic covering. Gave up and had it professionally cut at a glass company
