We were skeptical at first, but realized it turned on once the sun went down! Works great!

Pretty but may not be that effective.

It is very pretty at night but I am not sure yet how effective it is at killing bugs. I checked it after the first day of use and could count the number of dead bugs on one hand. On the other hand it is neater than having to deal with filling the tiki torches with citronella oil.

Stylish, Functional, Almost a Firework

This zapper looks great in the yard—nice solar flame effect and a satisfying little pop when it nails a bug. It doesn’t clear the skies like some mythical insect apocalypse machine, but it definitely helps keep the immediate area less buzz-infested. Lights up reliably at night, and the charge lasts longer than my attention span. If you’re expecting total mosquito annihilation, maybe temper your dreams—but as an outdoor accent with bonus bug-zapping, it earns its keep.

I've had it a week and it's only killed one bug. It's just not an effective bug device. I'm wondering how many of the reviews are sponsored promotions. I will probably bring it back and try to return it.

Beautiful but a little flimsy

I absolutely love how beautiful these are but they are a little flimsy and wish the tops didnt easily come off when the kiddos bump into it

It worked exactly as it should. I use if for my fire pit area and it last about 4-5 hours once it cuts on sometimes longer. The flames looks cool up close and from afar and though I can't hear it zapping bugs, there's a ton of dead ones stuck to it already so it works exactly as it should. The stick is a bit flimsy but it's held up through all the wind and storms we've had over the last couple of months.

Didn't meet expectations

Didn't seem to work very well, and I never found any bugs in the compartment underneath the zapper. Also seemed a little flimsy in construction wise

Exactly What Needed for Front Porch Area

We chose to purchase this zapper instead of purchasing candles to buffer the bugs. We live close to water area/wooded area and the bugs are intense. This was a great purchase for our new home, where we enjoy front porch sitting. It is also a nice touch to our front plant area.

Pretty bright

This is really pretty and works well. I like that it's taller. Most the solar lights seem to be short. I am planning on buying some more. I only bought one to test it.
