It stinks (literally)

There was a light musty smell coming from the wash, so we decided to try OxiClean Washing Machine Cleaner instead of our usual product. It was so heavily perfumed, it triggered the air filter in our bedroom (a flight up, and not directly over the laundry area), and we now need to figure out how to make the washing machine not smell of OxiClean. We're both sensitive to laundry scents, and this makes our machine unusable.

I loved this product. My washing machine had been in our garage for YEARS, dirty and full of debris. One use of this in the washer got it clean and pristine. I ran it a second time to made sure and its fully operational again.

Washer is dirtier after using this!

My washing machine did not smell bad and was not moldy. I just thought using this would be a good maintenance practice. When it was done, the machine was full of wet brown powder. I spent 10 minutes wiping it, and it is still there. It isn’t easy to wipe a rotating drum with holes in it. So frustrating. Don’t waste your money or time.

It does a great job cleaning the inside of clothes washers. We use many Oxi-clean products.

It has changed my laundry woes

I’m a new mom of a very stinky family of boys. I would wash their clothes and they would still have a smell of their stink AFTER! My husband works in a factory so about half way through the day after his clothes heat up, his sweat smell comes back. I found oxyclean powder crystals and poof!!! The best!

This is the best washington machine cleaner that I’ve used! After just one use my machine smelled fresh and clean. My clothes smell clean and the musty smell is gone. I will definitely be using these more often.

Packaging

There have been several occasions where the container has tipped over and the top has popped off spilling the contents all over the place, wasting a good portion of the product. I've had better closure in butter containers than this package. Unless this is the purpose for the poor seal so you can sell more I would improve the strength of the seal. I am a proud user of OxiClean and it's results but sometimes it's like more is trashed than used.

Everything works but the scooper!! LOL

I have been using Oxiclean for years, and it's a gem for any detergent!! Today I picked up the 156 load refill my regular container, but the "eco scooper" couldn't handle the shipping. Thank goodness the original scooper is made "old school." Oxiclean, don't start cutting corners. Too many cut corners and lower their standards. You're not like everyone else. So don't change. Please

Really gets it clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a sample from one of the freebie sites and when I received it, I tried it right away. Oh my goodness. All of the built up reside and nastiness i was able to see. Makes you think about how clean our clothes really are smh.. but I am going to get more of this product because it actually works. Thank you oxiclean for this sample!

Makes a mess

I have used this product several times. It causes my Whirlpool front loader to leak and leaves the tub full of suds. I don’t have this problem with afresh. I believe the leaking is caused by the over sudsing.

Great product saved the day.

We were using the cleaning product recommended by Whirlpool to clean and deodorize our washer...never lasted very long. Ever since we discovered OxiClean Washing Machine Cleaner...Bingo! It works great, has a great smell and we don't have to run the clean cycle nearly as often...Thanks.

Horrible odor

I used this product today for the first time and it left my washing machine with a horrible smell. I use and like other oxi products but not this one.

Blue dye

I just want you to know the blue dye you use in your laundry soap, will stain white clothes. It stained 5 of my white towels and4 of my white shirts. Overall I really like the soap. It gets your dark clothes clean.
