Nice chairs when assembled, comfortable.

Having to assemble it, but got it done second chair went together quickly.

This set is very well made and comes with durable cushions. It was fairly easy to assemble although the diagrams in the directions were very basic. It took some trial and error but came together nicely.

It is a very nice and solid attractive set.

Comfortable chairs but tedious assembly

There were an incredible number of screws, washers and nuts

All assembly required.

Like the look and we have only had the pieces for a short time… they appear to be durable and easily cleaned. The Velcro that came with the product is useless as it holds nothing in place. The adhesive comes off and doesn’t stick to the cushions as intended. Putting these pieces together are a pain in the rear. The screws don’t always line up and in some instances the weave of the rataan cover the the holes meant for the screws. In some cases excess paint made it difficult to start the screws...

great looking chair but not comfortable

The cushions are terrible. They are too soft and the back cushion too thin for the dimensions of the chair because when you sit back in the chair your feet are off the ground (and I am not a short person!)

A bit of challenge putting together...but once together great chairs & table. So comfortable

Don't look right

The chairs don't look correct after putting them together and missing screws. Looks wonky.

Perfect on our front porch!

Came with very clear assembly instructions. I'd recommend two people to assemble - can be a bit of a handful for one person to hold and start the screws. All tools needed were included, although it can take a long time to get screws in using the allen wrench. I used a T-Bit on drill driver to get them most of the way in, then the allen wrench to final tighten. Really pleased with the quality so far, seems to be very sturdy and comfortable.

Love the chairs. The only thing that I did not like is the fact that they had to be put together totally. But, with minimal effort it was done. We put 4 chairs together in about 5 hours after correcting the screw placements on the 1st chair. Had to get another tool to use. That little allen wrench was hard to maneuver in the small spaces. But all in all it worked out fine. Love the chairs.
