Would RecommendI wanted a green color and seen a review from a lady who was returning it, because it was supposed to be gray and it looks more green. I just recently moved in to my home and my walls look green, but the paint swatch says it is gray, so I knew this carpet was going to be perfect and it is. I could not have been happier! I just wish Lowe’s carried a 12 foot runner.

Great rug, poor policies
Would RecommendReceived the wrong size rug 2x. I'm not sure how I received a 7x10 rug when it wasn't even an option with online ordering. The same issue with a rug that I ordered last week. I returned it myself, and I was just told by the CS rep to return this rug to the store for credit also; they will not pick it up, although it's THEIR error. Both orders were for an 8x10 rug, and both times I received a 7x10, AND this rug came with the bag ripped. Do better Lowes!
I love this rug! Very soft, plush, and has cream and beige tones. It delivered quickly and it laid down flat. I would recommend this rug. 10/10!!

Would Recommendlovely soft rug. The color is not grey but green. I did not want a green rug so will return it.

Would RecommendThe rug exceeded my expectations from a softness and look perspective. It adds a warm and calming tone to the room. I added a cushy rug pad underneath and it feels fantastic. Hopeful that it holds up. Since I only just received it, I cannot comment on how it lasts over time.
