Do not buy this product. We had it mounted inside our garage about 20 ft from the router on the other side of a wall. It was a bit flaky from the beginning and would at times disconnect, but it ran. Bought this in April 2021, It died in July 2023. "No AC" error on the display screen. The wall plug was still live and the internal transformer was still producing 27.8 volts to the mainboard. Product failed after installation

It won’t connect to Wifi nor Bluetooth and when pressing the dial the display reads “Fail”…. The manual is nonexistent, with the included Quick Start Guide it won’t even tell you where the Reset Button is located, found the Reset by watching Youtube. Poor Customer Service no calls returned

My Orbit 12 Station strinkler controoler Model 57950 has stopped running the three watering cycles that are programed. I've called Orbit for several days with no one answering, but their system says they will call back within 30", . I have not received a call back for several days. In the meantime my lawn is suffering.

Poor instructions and customer service

Why must everything with irrigation timers be so incomprehensible? I am reasonably technically savvy, and all we are doing is watering the plants, right? After making the decision to retire my Rainbird system (mainly because the Rainbird menu is likewise incomprehensible), I bought the B-hive with high hopes. This is the second one in the year that the power Supply went bad. Customer service is totally useless I will never buy an orbits again

Fantastic controller

I've had this timer a year now & it works perfectly. I love the wifi feature! It streamlines working on the sprinklers by not needing to run back & forth turning on/off zones & when traveling, I can adjust the program to accommodate the weather. And programming through the app is so easy. I wish my old timer had broken sooner!

Serious final QA issue

Just purchased a b-hyve 12-station WIFI model. Setup was straight forward, but when I went to connect to different stations, it was obvious that the terminal label is misaligned. While I caught it this time, I'm getting old and may not remember to offset in the future.

Finally Connected After Multiple Attempts

Replaced my 20-year-old manual timer with the B-hyve 8-Station Wi-Fi Timer due to a smart controller rebate through my water provider. Was a little concerned about the negative reviews about Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connection issues. Easy to install but couldn't get it to connect to Bluebooth for probably 10 attempts. It worked last year. This year it doesn't

I should have listened to the sales associate. He said that many people had problems with it losing WIFI and having Bluetooth problems. But did I listen? No and now I'm paying the price! I will get another timer from a different manufacturer.

Great product. The app is amazing.

Easy to program. Installed and tested system in about 20 minutes. I control it via Wi-Fi from anywhere.

worked for a year

It worked for about a year but now it won't stay connected. I reinstalled the app and it made me create an account since it said my email did not exist. Took several resets to get it to connect to the app but quit working while testing the zones. Reset again and reinstalled the app (needed to create an account again!). I don't know which is the bigger piece of garbage, the controller or the app.

Junk

This will not connect to WiFi. The icon shows on the display but it will not connect at all.
